Didier Richet,founder of DRR Consulting in 2007, has over 15 years of extensive experience in personnel training across France and several other countries such as Mauritius, Reunion Island and Madagascar.
DRR Consulting has a history of success stories in the following industries: automobile,distribution/wholesaling, banking, finance, manufacturing and retailing.

Didier started off by working in a commercial role at a multinational company and when he discovered his passion for helping individuals grow professionally, he then progressed on to training in sales and management in the automobile sector in France.
Over the past 15 years, Didier has worked as a Senior Consultant across several sectors and industries to provide commercial and management tools to industry professionals. Didier has also been trained extensively in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
At present, Didier specialises in the setting up of global projects where he is responsible for the training of employees in both the private and public sectors.
He also works as a coach and consultant for leaders of several internationally recognised companies.
Business development intern
Being at the end of her tertiary education, Clemence is in charge of business development within DRR consulting.
Her objective is to develop business activities with a view to create well-being and success in the workplace
She holdss a degree in Commerce and Economic Intelligence.
She has passed her Master 1 in International Business Development and is now completing her Master 2.
